I have already gone through the Lonely Planet cover to cover to try and figure Tokyo out. This time I took a tour with Nicki together with my mom and it was really great! Finally I was able to learn about the back ground of things in a relaxed manner. Nicki really knows her stuff and does not leave any questions unanswered. Besides that she is able to show you all the best Tokyo has to offer. She really is worth every penny!

Just got back from a fantastic tour to Japan. I really wanted to thank you for helping me and for giving me a lot of useful information about Japan. I really was able to get a good idea of what Japan is like. In the end I was able to really save a lot of money on flights, trains and hotels. Really great!

Nicki is an excellent guide. She knows a lot of typical Japanese facts, customs and habits and really likes to tell you about it. Furthermore she is really helpful and knows her way around the complicated public transport system in Japan. Both inside and outside Tokyo. Since she has a firm grasp on the Japanese language, she really is a must for the European Tokyo traveler.
I thought it was a great day program with a lovely mix of a bit of culture and a bit of “daily life” in Tokyo. For my personal taste there could have been a bit more of the latter.
